The University of Chichester offers the study of Fine Art full time or part time in purpose built facilities on its campus 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city. 

The Fine Art BA (Hons) Programme provides students with the choice to specialise in Painting & Drawing (link), Sculpture (link), Textiles (link) and Printmaking (link), OR to keep practice options more open/fluid with the general Fine Art route (link). There are options to study BA Fine Art alongside IES (International English Studies) as a Joint or Major route.

Undergraduate studies is complemented by an MA programme that can also be taken full time or part time.

Christopher McHugh [BA (Hons) MMU, MA Sussex] is Senior Lecturer in Fine Art and Level 5 Coordinator for the degree programme, teaching across all three undergarduate and Masters levels.  His own practice is in painting and he has previously worked with collaborative projects and artists' initiatives, including being a founder member of Manchester Artists' Studio Assocaiation, Red Herring Studios and Fabrica Gallery.
