I am an artist - teacher based in the West Midlands, caught between Wolverhampton and Birmingham. Primarily interested in the dynamics between art and education my work revolves around these through making, writing and my teaching practice. I am a co-founder of Temple Street Studios, artist studios in Wolverhampton. I have also been a gallery assistant at Grand Union in Digbeth since 2014 and I have now embarked upon an MA in Arts and Education at Birmingham City University. My practice and research interests include the exploration of spaces of learning through photographic work and questioning the notion of precariousness and how we might claim this a ontological and pedagogical position.
