The launch of Q-Art's fifth and latest publication 'Professional Practice: 20 Questions' which will be held at Hauser & Wirth London, Friday 18th November, from 6-8pm in partnership with Kingston University. The book is supported by a-n, The Glasgow School of Art, Kingston University and Swansea College of Art.
Featuring interviews and written responses from over 50 UK undergraduate fine art staff, the book considers the following questions:
- When it comes to an undergraduate fine art education, what is professional practice?
- How are students prepared for life after their course?
- How might attitudes and approaches be shaped by factors such as location, the wider course philosophy, and the cultural and political climate?
